1. Who We Are

Growbiz ("we", "us", "our") is a review automation platform that helps businesses collect Google reviews via QR codes and automatically reply to reviews using AI. Our service is available at growbiz.socialsimulation.in.

2. Information We Collect

  • Account information: Name and email address when you sign up.
  • Business information: Business name, type, city, and Google Maps URL you provide during onboarding.
  • Google account data: When you connect your Google Business Profile for auto-reply, we store OAuth tokens. We only request the minimum permissions needed.
  • Review data: Star ratings and review text submitted by your customers through your QR code.
  • Usage data: QR code scan counts and auto-reply activity logs.

3. How We Use Your Information

  • To provide and operate the Growbiz service.
  • To generate AI-powered review reply suggestions using Google Gemini.
  • To post replies to your Google Business Profile reviews on your behalf (only when you enable auto-reply).
  • To send transactional emails (account-related notifications only).
  • To improve and maintain our platform.

4. Google API Data

Our use of Google API data adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

  • We only access Google Business Profile data that you explicitly authorize.
  • We use your Google data solely to provide the auto-reply feature you have enabled.
  • We do not sell, transfer, or use your Google data for advertising purposes.
  • You can revoke our access at any time from your Google Account settings.

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with:

  • Supabase — our database and authentication provider.
  • Google Gemini API — to generate AI review reply text.
  • Google Maps / Places API — to look up your business listing.
  • Razorpay — to process subscription payments (India).
  • Resend — to send transactional emails.
  • Vercel — our hosting infrastructure.

6. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, your data is deleted within 30 days.

7. Security

We use industry-standard security measures including HTTPS, secure token storage, and row-level security in our database. OAuth tokens are never exposed to the client browser.

8. Your Rights

  • Access the personal data we hold about you.
  • Request correction of inaccurate data.
  • Request deletion of your account and data.
  • Revoke Google account access at any time.

9. Cookies
