Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By signing up for or using Growbiz ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

  • QR code generation to collect customer reviews.
  • AI-generated review suggestions shown to customers before posting to Google.
  • Automated AI replies to Google Business Profile reviews.
  • A dashboard to view review analytics and manage your Google Business Profile connection.

3. Accounts

  • You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
  • One account per business owner. Multiple locations allowed depending on your plan.
  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

  • Growbiz offers paid plans (Starter, Pro, Growth) billed monthly, annually, or quarterly.
  • Payments are processed securely via Razorpay.
  • Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.
  • All prices are in INR and inclusive of applicable taxes.
  • No refunds for partial billing periods. Access continues until the period ends.
  • We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice.

5. Free Trial

New accounts receive a 3-day free trial. No credit card required. At the end of the trial, you must subscribe to continue using paid features.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Growbiz to:

  • Post fake, misleading, or fraudulent reviews on Google.
  • Violate Google's review policies or Terms of Service.
  • Spam customers or send unsolicited communications.
  • Reverse engineer, copy, or resell the Growbiz platform without permission.
  • Use the service for any illegal purpose.

7. Google Integration

  • The auto-reply feature requires you to authorise Growbiz to access your Google Business Profile.
  • You can revoke this access at any time from your Google Account or the Growbiz dashboard.
  • Growbiz is not affiliated with Google. You are responsible for the content posted to your profile.
  • Growbiz is not liable for any changes Google makes to its API that affect service functionality.

8. AI-Generated Content

Review suggestions and auto-replies are generated by AI (Google Gemini). We do not guarantee the accuracy or appropriateness of every generated response. You are solely responsible for the content posted to your Google Business Profile.

9. Intellectual Property

All platform code, design, and branding of Growbiz is owned by us. You retain ownership of your business data. By using the service, you grant us a limited licence to process your data solely to provide the service.

10. Limitation of Liability

Growbiz is provided "as is". We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months prior to the claim.

11. Service Availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We will communicate planned outages in advance where possible.

12. Termination

You may cancel your account at any time from the dashboard. Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days.

13. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Rajasthan, India.

14. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you by email for material changes.
